We don’t have to understand why God has us where we are, but we are called to pursue faithfulness wherever he has placed us. Like Joseph, we may feel forgotten, and we need to offer ourselves to God with honest humility. In your life, where are you facing disappointment and discouragement? What would faithfulness look like in this season?

There are seasons in life when we all need a little extra support, encouragement, and biblical community. Whether you’re walking through grief, chronic illness, recovery, caregiving, or another difficult season, you don’t have to walk through it alone. We believe even the hardest seasons can become opportunities for God to grow us, strengthen our faith, and draw us closer to Jesus.

This fall, Care & Recovery offers several ways to find hope, healing, and community across our campuses. Head to the link below to explore what’s coming up and find your next step.

"Within a few days, I could see the beauty of the work that Hunger Corp has been doing. Through a construction setting, they are providing space to really build relationships for the Lord. I started to realize that my real work in Dorado was simply to join in what God’s been doing by connecting with the people around me. Many hours of stuccoing ceilings and walls created the space for conversations that glorified the Lord and brought honor to his work."—Shannon Wilson, Travelers Rest campus

This summer, two teams traveled to Puerto Rico to partner with Hunger Corp, a local nonprofit organization that leads ongoing restoration efforts. To read their stories and learn more about this work, head to the Discipleship Story: https://bit.ly/4x9LaK2

Whatever season you’re in, hold onto Scripture, for it is the foundation of our lives! 📖 Through God’s Word, we discover who he is, who we are, and how he has called us to live. That’s why, as a church, we believe that developing personal habits of reading, studying, and applying Scripture is essential to lasting life change.

We endure suffering by entrusting ourselves to God. This is modeled perfectly in Jesus, who, even in his suffering, did not retaliate or seek revenge, but entrusted himself to the Father. If you’re in a season of difficulty, remember that it’s one moment in a bigger story that God sees in full. We may not understand it, but we can trust the One who is sovereign over it all.

As a church, we believe in the importance of carving out space in our lives to embrace and engage with Scripture—not just on Sunday, but throughout the week. That’s why we offer the Sermon Prep Plan. As we continue through our series in Joseph, use the plan to prepare your heart and mind for Sunday’s teaching. Each week, it provides relevant background passages, biblical context, and helpful resources to prepare for the teaching ahead. Subscribe here: https://bit.ly/4wZKpTK

Student retreats start this weekend! 🙌 We’re kicking off this exciting season with our 5th and 6th graders. Would you take a moment to pray for all of Fusion and their leaders?

1) Pray that students would encounter God and grow deeper in their faith.
2) For our leaders and staff. That they would have energy, wisdom, and intentionality as they pour into students.
3) For health and safety over every student, leader, and staff member throughout the weekend.
4) For our 5th graders who have only been part of Fusion for a few weeks! Pray this weekend gives them a strong start as they begin this new chapter in student ministry and helps create a foundation for the year ahead.

Through the story of Tamar and Judah, we see Yahweh as the covenant Lord who faithfully keeps his promises and works through imperfect people to accomplish his purposes. God doesn’t need you to have it all together to work through you. Instead, he invites you to lay down your shame, let go of your self-reliance, and humble yourself before him.
