Today, we honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by those who defended the freedoms we enjoy every day.
This points us to an even greater hope found in Jesus Christ. Scripture says that all have sinned and are separated from God, but Jesus willingly gave His life on the cross and rose again so that we could be forgiven and have eternal life through Him. Salvation is not earned by works, but received by grace through faith in Christ alone.
Today, we remember the fallen, and we give thanks to the Savior who laid down His life for us all.

You are not an accident and your life is not random. God has placed purpose inside of you that no season can erase. Even now, He is shaping what He will use.

Holding onto bitterness only weighs down your own heart. Forgiveness doesn’t excuse what happened, but it frees you from being chained to it. Let God heal what you cannot fix.

When you take focus off the background of life, you realize God is deeply present right in your ordinary, daily routine. Like a single blade of grass reaching for the sky, you don't need a grand stage to reflect His glory, just stand where you're planted and look to Him!

You don’t have to have it all together for God to use you. His strength is made perfect in your weakness, not your perfection. Let Him work through you right where you are.
