Be Filled with the Spirit
By Pastor Ryan Petersen

In Acts 2:1-4, the church was born through the power of the Holy Spirit, and in Acts 19, Paul encountered believers who had never heard about the Holy Ghost. When they received the truth and responded in faith, they were immediately filled with the Spirit. The Holy Ghost is the greatest gift God has given to His people. Without it, we are missing the very life and breath of God working within us.

Acts 1:8 declares, “Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you.” Receiving the Holy Ghost is more than hearing words; it is a life-changing encounter with God that can completely transform your life. Throughout the book of Acts, we see a consistent pattern: when people received the Holy Spirit, they spoke in tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. Today, we still need the power and presence of God. We need to be continually filled with His Spirit!

Now Choose Life By Pastor Ryan Petersen

📖 Deuteronomy 30:19-20

The Bible says, “Choose life!” God is family first. He created the family and wants to attach His grace to your name.

Parents: Choose life! What are we passing down to our children? You have to choose to lead. You have to choose God, and you have to choose Him every day. Because whatever you choose gets passed down.

Children: Honor your father and mother. It’s the commandment that comes with a promise. Honoring them is choosing to see God’s plan at work in your life.

When you choose God’s way, it puts you and your family under the spout where the blessings pour out!

May our declaration be:
“As for me and my house, we will NOW, CHOOSE LIFE!”
