Jesus take the wheel. Sometimes we treat prayer like the spare tire in our vehicle—we only think about it when life leaves us stranded on the side of the road.
But God never intended prayer to be our emergency backup plan. He desires for it to be the steering wheel that guides every decision, every burden, every victory, and every trial.
This week, Bro. Darren shared a powerful message reminding us to stop carrying burdens that were never ours to bear and to truly turn everything over to the Lord. One of the passages he referenced was in Numbers 11, where God reminded Moses of His unlimited power:
“The Lord said to Moses, Is the Lord’s hand waxed short?” — Numbers 11:23 (KJV)
The answer, of course, is NO.
Whatever you’re facing today, God’s hand still reaches. His promises still stand. His power has not diminished. His faithfulness has not changed.
Don’t wait until you have a flat tire in life before you pray.
Make prayer your steering wheel—not your spare tire.
“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:”
Jeremiah 32:17 KJV
