Westminster Presbyterian Church Greenville A community of faith dedicated to enhancing spiritual lives and addressing the needs of surrounding communities and the world: http://www.wpc-online.org

Welcome to Westminster Presbyterian Church, a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) located in Greenville, SC. We are a community of faith dedicated to enhancing the spiritual lives of our members and addressing the needs of the surrounding communities and the world. As a Presbyterian Church in Greenville, we strive to be a caring, inclusive family of faith, demonstrating the grace and lov

e of Jesus Christ in local and worldwide mission projects. We encourage you to visit Westminster, where you and your family will find a warm, friendly congregation that offers a range of programs, activities, and service opportunities for virtually every age group. If you are planning to join us for worship for the first time, there are a few things you may want to know before you arrive. You will find a greeter at each entryway of our worship space who would be happy to provide directions, as would any of our pastors, staff or members. Also, posted signs can be found throughout the building. Children K5-1st Grade leave for Children's Church accompanied by a pastor during each service prior to the sermon. Our nursery is staffed with trained adults for the care and safety of infants-K4. Westminster is located on Augusta St. three blocks south of the Augusta/Faris intersection. Our main parking entrance is off of Augusta St. We have permission to use the parking lots at the Uniform Shop and Augusta Commons Mall adjacent to the church. During weekday business hours (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.), please utilize the entrance located on Augusta Place. Fall-Spring – Two services at 9:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Sunday school for all ages 10:00 a.m. Summer – One service at 10 a.m., followed by fellowship time. Summer schedule runs May 23 weekend through Labor Day. If you are curious, and have come to see
If you are weary, and have come to rest
If you are grateful, and have come to share
If you are hurting, and have come for solace
If you are listening, and have come to pray
If you are seeking, and have come for answers

One of the church's most beloved traditions, the flowering cross reminds us of the life that will soon emerge from the tomb. Join us over the course of the weekend as we transform the bare cross of Good Friday to the blossoming cross of Easter.

Join us this to mark Jesus' final days and the transformative hope of Easter morning.

Weather update, 2/1: Though Ben was able to make it to WPC today, the parking lot is a sheet of ice in many places. It was plowed late yesterday but froze overnight. Unfortunately, we need to cancel worship and all church activities today. Please stay safe! We look forward to seeing you next Sunday.

While we have not yet made a call regarding worship, confirmation, WPCYG, and WPC Youth Choirs, we can inform you that we will not be able to host the Reverend Dr. Yolanda Pierce, our 2026 Heritage Lecturer, this weekend. Because of anticipated weather patterns in Nashville and Atlanta, Dr. Pierce is not able to travel to Greenville. More information about the rescheduled lecture will be released in the coming weeks. We still hope to gather for worship, but also hold safety as a priority. We will make a call regarding Sunday's gatherings by the end of the day Saturday.
