Join women of all generations as we explore Discipleship Through the Life of Jesus through biblical teaching, personal testimonies, and meaningful fellowship. The event is open to women from 4th grade through senior adults.

🏗️ One thoughtful design feature of the new sanctuary is actually the height of the platform. We spent a great deal of time working through configurations to determine how low we could keep the platform while still maintaining visibility throughout the room.

We did not want the room to feel like it was built around elevating personalities. We absolutely want to elevate the preaching of God’s Word and elevate worship in the room, but we do not want to unnecessarily elevate the people leading either one. The platform itself is only about two feet above the front-row floor level, which is as low as we could make it while still allowing clear visibility throughout the room.

We want this room to communicate worship, humility, closeness, and congregational participation rather than distance, hierarchy, and performance.

In our study of Luke this week, we were reminded that no darkness in our lives is stronger than Jesus. On our own, we cannot fight the darkness that seeks to destroy us, but Jesus has already defeated it. Never forget what He went through to do what only He could do for you!

🪑 As we continue in the Maximize portion of our M2 Campaign, we want to invite our next generation to be a part of it. The Save a Seat fund, inspired by kids saving their pennies to buy a church bell in 1915, is a way for kids to sponsor a seat in our new sanctuary. Each seat will cost about $300, so we are inviting ages preschool-students to find creative ways to raise $300 to purchase a seat. We encourage you to consider how your family can participate in this initiative.
