Our hearts are full after a beautiful Divine Mercy Sunday! 🕊️✨

We want to share a special thank you to our Children’s Liturgy Ministry during 10 AM Mass. We are so incredibly blessed to have such wonderful volunteers who dedicated their time today to organize and lead the liturgy for our little ones. Thank you for your heart for our children and for making the Word of God come alive for them in such a meaningful way!

The joy continued with our Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Potluck hosted by our Families Group. From the excitement of the hunt to the wonderful fellowship over a shared meal, it was a perfect day of community.

A huge thank you to everyone involved:
•Our Children’s Liturgy Volunteers: For your leadership and care.
•The Egg Hunt Crew: To everyone who donated candy and helped hide eggs! 🍬
•The Chefs & Bakers: To everyone who brought a dish to share at the potluck.
•Our Families: For joining us and making this community so vibrant.

Days like today remind us of the abundance of God’s mercy and the strength of our parish family.

We are so grateful for the students from St. Joseph’s Catholic School who spent time serving on our campus for St. Joseph the Worker Day!

Through their hard work in cleaning and landscaping alongside our Landscape Ministry, they truly lived out the call to serve with joyful hearts. Their dedication and teamwork are a beautiful witness to faith in action.

Today we celebrate Saint Joseph, the faithful guardian of the Holy Family and a model of humility, obedience, and quiet strength.

St. Joseph reminds us that holiness is often found in the ordinary- through faithful service, trust in God’s plan, and love for our families. As the protector of the Church, we turn to him in prayer, asking for his guidance and intercession.

“St. Joseph, pray for us!” 🙏🏼

Today we celebrate the Feast Day of St. Katharine Drexel — a woman of extraordinary faith, courage, and generosity.
Born into great wealth in 1858, she chose to dedicate her life and fortune to serving Native American and African American communities at a time of deep racial injustice. She founded the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament and established schools across the country, including Xavier University of Louisiana, the only historically Black Catholic university in the United States.

St. Katharine reminds us that faith calls us to action. She did not simply see injustice — she responded with love, sacrifice, and unwavering trust in God.

As we honor her today, may we ask:
How is God calling me to use my blessings for others?

St. Katharine Drexel, pray for us. 🙏
