Had a wonderful service today with Joe Lieway giving the message. The most important gift we receive for Christmas is the opportunity to have eternal life with Jesus Christ. What other gift matters? God doesn’t force you to take it though, it’s still your choice. Our service next Sunday will be at 9am. We will have several scripture readings and Christmas songs.. Come get your special gift of eternal life.

Our service today was about Acts Chapter 16. Larry File have a stirring description of Paul, Silas, Timothy spreading the good news about Jesus and gathered believers. Isn’t now the time you should start believing in the resurrection of Christ and his second coming ? It may be sooner than you think. Have a blessed week!

Sunday was a great service. Danny Wolford from Carlyle preached about taming the tongue out of James chapter 3. Everyone has had the problem of making a statement or comment that hurt someone. You may not have given it much thought but the other person may have been crushed by what you said. God wants you to think before you speak for He is a loving God but in the end we all will be accountable for what we said and did in life. Have a blessed week!💕

A wonderful sermon this morning. 2 Corinthians 2: 12-17. If we want to be true Christians, we must follow Jesus not ask him to follow us. When we pick and choose what we like from the Bible, we become Christian-ish, not true Christians. We must be willing to be criticized, persecuted and looked down on for Jesus's sake. He wants us to go out and teach all nations about His unconditional love and mercy. Leave your pride and self serving attitude behind and be a true disciple of Christ. Follow the Bible and pass it on to others you meet.

We had a wonderful service this morning. A great message from Danny Wolford of Carlyle. Passages from Amos, Mark, John, Acts, Philippians and more. The GOOD NEWS is: God loves us unconditionally, He wants us to live with him eternally in heaven, He wants us to spread the word to others who don't know him. We can't become complacent in being Christians. We are held to a higher standard and the Lord gave us a purpose when he put us on earth. We were all born sinners but we have been forgiven through the blood and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. If you aren't already a Christian, repent and be baptized! Become part of something beyond understanding! The church is the Bride of Jesus Christ and WE ARE THE CHURCH! Don't delay and become part of the wedding party!
