OUR DAILY WORD:
Isa. 53:4-5. "Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed." Do we "esteem" what Jesus done for us? Do we highly respect the price he paid for us? Not just for salvation, but for grief, sorrow, anxiousness, sickness & disease. All sin, all sickness, all grief & sorrow was put on Him that we, the righteous born of Him, might be free from the attacks that come upon us because we still live in a cursed world under the leadership of satan the accuser. Deliverance is ours now because Jesus took the punishment for us to be free. When we "know" the truth of the matter---we will be free from the lies and strongholds satan offers to us. Eph. 1:23. He has put everything under His feet and gave power to the church, His body, over all principalities and powers. To us who believe is this exceeding power given let’s walk and talk it. Don’t forget what the Word says you have in Christ. Esteem what Jesus done for you then walk in it. Blessing's, Pastor Lynda.

OUR DAILY WORD: Jam 1:4 "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." If there is one thing we are not, that is a patient people. We want what we want and we want it NOW. That is one reason credit card debt is outrageous. But as we read in this verse, patience is a virtue that we have to give place to. The Early Church called patience the " queen of all virtues." They knew that as long as they had this character quality working in their lives, it wasn't a question of "if" they would receive, it was only a question of when they would receive what they ask for. Patience is an endurance, a staying power, and when we let patience have her perfect work in us and for us, the Word says "we will be perfect (complete) and entire wanting nothing." (And most of all NO DEBT or LACK). Make up your mind that you are going to stand your ground and hang in there. If you do, it won't be long until the problem will flee and you will be glad you didn't give up. Let Patience work! Blessing's, Pastor Lynda.

OUR DAILY WORD:
2Cr 5:19 "To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation." A word--most people don't remember a sermon, but they remember a few words of a sermon. God gave us "the word of reconciliation." He’s sent us to tell the good news that God has restored harmony and fellowship between Himself and men. All men. Not just believers. Not just the people in your church, but everyone! Reconciled. That word is past tense. God has already restored fellowship between Himself and the world. He did it when there was not one person on earth except Jesus who believed in the new birth. He did it when the entire world was lying in sin. Through the death and resurrection of Jesus, God has cleansed and forgiven and restored to Himself every man, woman and child on the face of this earth. All any of us have to do now is receive it. That’s the good word God has given us. That’s the word we need to share with those who are lost. If we’ll do it, I can almost guarantee you, they won’t stay lost very long. Believe and receive. That’s all any of us have to do. God has already done the rest. Blessing's, Pastor Lynda.

OUR DAILY WORD: Eph. 4:32. “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.” There are many roadblocks to our faith. One common roadblock that’s stops many people’s faith is unforgiveness. Unforgiveness comes in the form of bitterness, resentment, anger, and hate, and offense. The word forgive means, “to pardon, to excuse a fault, to cancel.” Many people ruin their lives and health by yielding to the poison of bitterness and resentment. If your faith is going to grow and develop, we must learn to forgive, to release hurts, anger, and unforgiveness from our life. By understanding the importance of forgiveness, we can lay a foundation for a strong faith. Forgiveness is a choice. It’s not something we can’t do,nor is it impossible to do. Remember, how God forgave you for Christ’s sake? That same faith you received for your forgiveness from God is the same choice and faith to forgive others. Remember unforgiveness does not hurt the other person, it hurts you. Blessings, Pastor Lynda.

OUR DAILY WORD: Psa 27:1 "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" Darkness or fear is not part of God. He tells us in His Word, "do not fear" and "in Him is no darkness." How do we stay free from worry, fear, & darkness when it's all around us? Ps 91:1 tells us our dwelling place. It is under the shadow of the Almighty. To be in a shadow of something or someone you must be in very close proximity of it/them. When darkness tries to overtake you, when fear tries to overwhelm you, and when grief & sorrow tries to consume you remember to press into God and get into His shadow. That is a hiding place, a place of safety. If you are afraid of the dangers around you, spend more time in the Word and in prayer until your trust in God overcomes your fear. Draw closer to the Lord until you are abiding in the shadow of the Almighty and—no matter how dangerous this world becomes—He shall surely deliver you. Blessing's, Pastor Lynda.
