The community came out celebrate Ms. Peggy Baxter as we dedicated a garden in her name. Ms. Baxter has been a constant source of support and encouragement to Mill Village Ministries since its inception and is a wonderful advocate for all of our programs! It is our honor to now have “Peggy’s Garden” at our Mill Village Hub. The garden also includes Zimbabwean Shona stone sculptures donated by Ms. Baxter.

We love a community block party and we are looking forward to doing it again this weekend! Tomorrow night, May 1st we’ll kick off the weekend with a Friday Night Market with live music from J. Rozelle, food trucks, Ice cream and fabulous vendors!
On Saturday, May 2nd we’ll be celebrating Moms with free mimosas for the first 30 moms! We’ll also have kids crafts, vendors and yummy food options! We hope to see you!
