Street Fair Ministry

Street Fair Ministry The Street Fair Ministry is about taking God's love to the streets of our community, and beyond in a nontraditional format.

It's about reaching out to special groups of friends that typically are not on most churches' radar. The Street Fair Ministry is a ministry first thought of and brought about by Griffin Avin from the Memorial Baptist Church in Greenville, NC. The ministry now involves multiple churches helping out. The present main focus of the ministry is to serve our friends at the fair - those operating the rid

es, games, and the independents during their time at the Pitt County Fair. This includes feeding them lunch and dinner, giving cold water and hot cocoa on the midway, toiletry items, and other needed supplies. Our main goal is to provide a time for fellowship with the workers so that we can share God's love with them. We always need donations: monetary or supplies, volunteers, and prayers!
