📢 Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 20, because it will be a busy day at Wesley UMC.

🎪 The Ministry Fair will take place in the Narthex before and after the 10:30 AM worship service (approximately 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 11:20 AM to 11:50 AM). There will be tables and exhibits designed to inform and excite you about the opportunities you have to serve alongside others at Wesley.

🍲 Followed by ONE Worship service in the Sanctuary and then a Potluck in the Fellowship Hall.

🎨 Last Thursday, the JOY (Just Older Youth) group held a Portrait Painting Party led by Kevin Banks and Elaine Yznaga. Participants were paired up and given one hour to paint a portrait of each other. It was a fun-filled afternoon of laughs and fellowship!

📢You are invited to the Installation Service for our new District Superintendent, Rev. Dr. John McLarty. The service will occur at Grace UMC in Sherman on Sunday, Aug 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The East District (Wesley’s District) and the Mid North District share in the leadership and supervision offered by Dr. McLarty. Horizon Texas Conference Bishop Ruben Saenz, Jr will be participating in this service. A reception will follow.
