Along with Amy, Morgan, and Meredith, we’ll be celebrating the church’s 30th anniversary 🎉 during their Spring Revival Meeting! ✨ We’re thankful for this opportunity and excited to see what God will do this week! ❤️

Amy and I had a great day yesterday ministering at Central Baptist Church in Greeneville, TN. We love Pastor Brad and Rachel Higgins and it was also a special joy to see Evangelist Bill and Shirley Hall. They have encouraged us through the years and have been so faithful in the ministry.

It’s been a joy to invest this semester in the lives of our college students at Faith Baptist Church. Our series, “Leaders Lead Themselves: Building Character and Discipline,” has been both inspiring in preparation and challenging in presentation.

Each topic is taught over two weeks—one week of teaching followed by a week of small-group discussion. Throughout the series, we’ve emphasized a simple but vital truth: we cannot hope to influence others well until we address our own character and discipline first.

Grateful for what God is doing in these students and excited for what’s ahead!

It was a special surprise today to connect with Pastor Kevin Schmidt from Grace Baptist in Sonora, CA. He has been a true friend ever since I showed up to his church many years ago on BJU ministry team. I am so thankful for his faithfulness and friendship.
