At Prince of Peace Center, we are reminded that even when the road ahead feels uncertain, we are never walking alone. When we place our trust in God and seek Him in all we do, He provides guidance, strength, and hope for the journey ahead. ✨
Faith does not always show us the entire path, but it reminds us who is leading the way.
“In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” – Proverbs 3:6
May today bring peace to your heart and confidence in God’s plan for your life. 💙

Today we celebrate the Memorial of St. Barnabas, companion of St. Paul and one of the Church’s earliest missionaries. Known for his faith, encouragement and zeal for spreading the Gospel, St. Barnabas helped welcome new believers into the Christian community and dedicated his life to proclaiming Christ.

Patron saint of Cyprus. St. Barnabas, pray for us!

Today marks the beginning of the Diocese of Erie's 250 Hours of Adoration and 250 Works of Mercy initiative, joining Catholics across the nation as we prepare for the 250th anniversary of the United States and the consecration of our country to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Bishop Lawrence Persico invites all the faithful to spend one hour in Eucharistic Adoration between now and July 4 and to offer at least one act of mercy for someone in need. Together, through prayer and charity, we can be a sign of Christ's love, healing and peace in our communities.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us!

I Affirm by Sue Werner
I sought You in career success,
And in superficial moves,
You watched and waited patiently,
Knowing I had nothing to be proved.
You taught me how to forgive myself,
Regardless if others wouldn't agree,
Most importantly You accepted,
Every chain I placed on me.

At Prince of Peace Center, we are reminded every day that everyone is carrying something we may never see — struggles, fears, grief, or uncertainty. A little compassion can make a world of difference. 💙
May we choose patience over judgment, kindness over criticism, and love over indifference. Together, we can be the light and support someone may desperately need today.
“Be kind and compassionate to one another.” – Ephesians 4:32
