Pray for the Buyang People of China

In Funing County, Yunnan Province, China, live the Buyang people, a small minority group numbering fewer than 4,000. Though they are multilingual, speaking both Buyang and Chinese, their native language has no written script, making literacy and communication resources very limited.
Most Buyang families are rice farmers who work the land much as their ancestors have for generations. Their spiritual beliefs center on ancestor worship and traditional folk practices. Sadly, there are no known Christians among the Buyang people, and many have never heard the life changing message of Jesus Christ.

Pray for the Buriat People of China

The Buriat are a Mongolian minority people group living primarily in the Hulunbuir Region of Inner Mongolia, China, along the Russian border. About 65,000 Buriat live in China, while another 300,000 reside across the border in Siberia.

Traditionally, the Buriat are known for their nomadic lifestyle, moving with their livestock across vast grasslands. They speak their own unique Mongolian dialect and have preserved many of their ancient customs and traditions through the centuries.
Most Buriat follow Tibetan Buddhism, blending it with traditional spiritual practices. Sadly, there are no known Christian believers among the Buriat of China, and many have never had the opportunity to hear a clear presentation of the Gospel.

🙏 Pray for the Bunu People of China 🇨🇳

The Bunu people live throughout the mountainous regions of Guangxi and Yunnan Provinces in southern China. With an estimated population of 450,000, they are scattered across hundreds of communities and villages. Their language is difficult to classify because of the many different dialects spoken among the Bunu.
Traditionally, the Bunu have lived in a matriarchal society, where women hold significant authority within the family and community. Historically, they have worshiped Pan Hu, a legendary deity deeply rooted in their cultural traditions and folklore.
While the Bunu have a rich cultural heritage, very few have ever heard a clear presentation of the Gospel, and only a small number are known to follow Christ.

Pray for the Bunun People of China and Taiwan

The Bunun are a unique minority people group living in Fujian Province, China, and throughout the mountains of central Taiwan. While about 35,000 Bunun live in Taiwan, only around 1,300 remain on China's east coast. The Chinese Bunun speak an oral dialect with no written script and often seek spiritual guidance from local shamans.

Many Bunun in Taiwan have embraced Christianity, but most Chinese Bunun have never heard a clear presentation of the Gospel. They remain one of the many people groups in China still waiting to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.

🇨🇳 Pray for the Bunu People of China

The Bunu minority people are scattered across hundreds of villages throughout Guangxi and Yunnan Provinces in southern China. With a population of more than 400,000, many still speak the Zhuang language and maintain unique cultural traditions. Traditionally, Bunu society has been matriarchal, with women holding positions of authority within the home and community.
Most Bunu people follow polytheistic beliefs or atheism, and fewer than 100 known Christians are believed to exist among them. Entire villages still live without ever hearing a clear presentation of the Gospel.

Pray for the Bunan People of Tibet-China

High in the remote Himalayan regions of western Tibet, near the China-India border, live fewer than 2,000 Bunan people. Surrounded by harsh mountains and extreme altitudes, they survive in one of the most desolate places on earth. Their diet depends heavily on meat and yak yogurt because very few crops can grow in this rugged land.

The Bunan speak a unique Himalayan dialect and follow strict Buddhism. Yet among this isolated people group, there are no known Christians and very little Gospel witness.

Pray for the Bulang People of China

Pray for the Bulang people of Menghai County, Yunnan Province, China. Nearly 90,000 Bulang people live across the forested mountain slopes of southern China, Myanmar, and Thailand. Their culture is deeply connected to Buddhism, with many temples and monks serving as the center of village life. Although they have a rich heritage and strong traditions, very few Bulang have ever heard a clear presentation of the Gospel.

Please pray that the light of Christ would reach the Bulang people and that many would come to know the hope of salvation through Jesus Christ.

The Bugan people live in Guangnan County of Yunnan Province in southern China, with small communities also across the border in Vietnam. Numbering just over 4,000 people, the Bugan were not officially identified until 1996. They live in small villages along rivers and streams and depend heavily on rice farming for daily life. Most Bugan are atheist, and there are no known Christians among them.

Please pray that the Gospel would reach the Bugan people and that laborers would carry God’s Word into these remote villages.
