Join us for Equip Classes!

These classes exist to provide corporate discipleship opportunities to help us grow in our ability to interpret the Bible, understand doctrine, and apply what we learn to life. Our classes meet every Sunday during the 11 am service and offer a variety of topics to study.

Our current class offerings are:

It is such a joy to serve the many children at our church! Northgate Kids partners with parents in our church to multiple disciples and encourage children to grow in their faith. Our "Big Truths for Little Moments" curriculum was designed to teach the gospel in a way that cements the truth of God's Word in their minds and hearts for years to come. We love serving our families and have children’s ministry happening beyond Sunday mornings! Check out our events page to see what is coming up. Our next kids’ event is VBS June 21-24 for rising kindergarten to 5 grade.

There is a temptation for those of us who lead churches to water down the bold claims of Christianity. To pretend that the message that God sent His Son to be born in the flesh, to die a death in your place, and rise from the dead isn’t as much of a faith claim as it really is. It’s far easier to say simple things like the message of Christianity is just above love, or being a good person, or trying to make the world a better place. These claims are far more palatable for a modern audience, unfortunately, however, they are not central to the message the Bible actually teaches. As Christians we actually believe that Jesus is God, that Jesus died for our sins, and that Jesus rose from the dead, defeating Satan, sin, and death.

This Sunday, Pastor Matt Rogers will be preaching, “The Gospel” from 1 Corinthians 15:1-11 as we continue our United in Christ sermon series on 1 Corinthians.

We have two services, 9am and 11am at Northgate (633 Summit Drive). Classes are available for younger children at both hours. However, the core classes for 2nd through 5th grade children are only at the 11 o’clock hour. Youth core for 6th through 12th grade will be in the Fellowship Hall. There are adult classes at 11am.
