Our Mt. Pleasant-Scottdale Student Ministry team had an amazing time giving back to the community at our Food Pantry outreach, supporting Westmoreland County! 🙌 From sorting food to packing boxes, we’re proud to make a difference and serve those in need. Let’s continue to spread kindness and love to those around us!

Charter Oak Church has cancelled Student Ministry activities tonight at Frye Farm and Crossroads in an abundance of caution with the winter weather advisory.

Crossroads will be in touch as soon as possible with a reschedule for their offsite event. Frye Farm will be hosting dinner night next week instead. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you stay safe with your families this evening!

Registrations open!! We are excited to announce that sign ups are open for encounter and our summer missions experience.

Encounter is a weekend retreat happening in April open to all ages of student ministry. If you want to spend a weekend getting closer to Christ and mingling with other churches we encourage you to sign up!

Our summer missions experience is a Mission Trip open to students who have completed 8th grade and will be 14 years old (before the trip). This year we will be going to Big Creek in Kentucky and providing home repairs and anything else the community might need. No experience necessary! If you’ve been feeling a call to serve or push to missions, this is a great stepping stone to gain some experience.

All student ministry events have been cancelled. This includes Frye Farm and Crossroads.

Frye Farm is going snowtubing next Sunday the 26th and today is the last Sunday to sign up!

Crossroads will meet next Sunday, January 26th from 6-8pm instead.

Reminiscing on this weekend! Kalahari was a weekend to remember. We were taught to want A faith that defies culture. A faith that is steadfast. A faith that causes a lost world to take notice.

Weekends like this give us a chance to stop, reset, and choose how we want to live the rest of our lives.

Do you have a faith that defies culture?
Does Jesus mean more to you than anything else?

We challenge you to ponder these questions as you go through this week heading back to your regularly scheduled life.

This is the perfect weather outside to get you hyped up for our next off-campus event! SNOWTUBING!!!It’s been two years since we’ve been able to go up to seven Springs and slide our way down the hill. Head on over to our website in our profile, signed up and reserve your spot.

First Sunday of the year! How great we get to spend it together! We start off the night with games, so bring your favorite game (that does not take forever to play) to share with others. Then for message tonight, we will be going through your submitted questions and be diving in to discovery of who Jesus is.

It’s going to be a great night!

AND We are doing some Christmas decorating!! We will have hot chocolate cookies and some other Christmas snacks to share!
