For many of us September can be super busy! It's easy to feel stressed and lose our peace when things are too busy! Here is your permission to pause! Be intentional about finding moments of peace and time to refresh!

When?!!! You might say? One of my fav stories is about John Wesley's Mother. When she was overwhelmed she pulled her apron over her head to make a "private space" and everyone knew that meant leave momma alone!! Hopefully you don't have to pull your apron over your head! Some other ideas are: Step outside and take 15 seconds to breathe deeply, make a cup of tea and sit for 15 minutes, take a 5 minute walk and turn around and walk back... So many possibilities.
