Thank you church! Yesterday we had the baby shower for our young lady who just completed our program. She brought 10 family members who were also able to feel and see God’s love in action! 💕 Please be in prayer for her and the sweet baby boy due in December. This baby has some medical complications and will need surgery right at birth. With your prayers, we can be certain that God is sovereign and has them in the palm of his hands 🙏

Embrace Grace Teachers

We are looking for teachers who would like to join our Lawndale Embrace Grace team. Embrace Grace is a support group for single and pregnant young women. It consists of a 12-week program with a curriculum and videos. We have a fall semester and spring semester each year at Lawndale. If you have the gift of teaching, love the bible, and have a passion to help young women who choose life, then we would love to talk with you soon. We are a little over one week away from our baby shower (Sunday, April 24th). Thanks to those of you who have already donated cash and gifts. We have most of the major items purchased or donated. If you still would like to donate, please consider diapers, baby toiletries and little boy clothes from newborn up to 12 months.

📣📣 3/28/22 - Update! Friends, things are starting to come together for the baby shower thanks to your generous donations. We now have a car seat, a Crib and Crib Mattress and gas gift cards on the way.

We still need some donations of basic things like:
👶🍼👩‍🍼💕Diapers, Wipes, crib sheets, outfits for a boy, onsie's, baby wash and bath towels. 🍼👶👩‍🍼💕

🌺A nice used stroller would also be great!

Friends of Embrace Grace,
We are now collecting donations for a baby shower for one of our young ladies. The baby shower will be on April 24th at Lawndale Baptist Church. Our young mother has other children and is expecting a boy in late May. However, the only thing she has for him is a six pack of bo**ie / socks. She has provided a registry for us and when we asked her what was most essential to have on hand at birth, this was her “essential list”:
Crib and Crib Mattress
Stroller
Car Seat
Diapers – Pampers size newborn and size 1 to start
Wipes
Baby Wash products
All white onesies – newborn, 3 months
An outfit for him to come home in ❤️
Storage containers / bags for milk supply
This mother is also in need of some gas cards to help transport her other children and is interested in bringing them to our Wednesday night children's activities. This is an immediate need if you can help.

Hello everyone! We need your help!!! Embrace Grace has been planning a baby shower in early April. Unfortunately with the the “stay at home order”, we needed to be creative and had to come up with a different plan. We have had two young ladies in the program this semester. One of our young ladies is due in 8 days on April 7th and so we need to organize and act fast! We have asked “Ruth” to provide the attached Amazon wish list to help in “Welcoming Wesley”. Items will be shipped directly to her address which is “masked” in the shipping details. If you could ask any of our leaders, they will tell you that this young lady has been committed and dedicated to learning and growing closer to the Lord during our time with her. In fact, she has been through a true transformation and has also blessed us as her leaders in such a remarkable way. This list will have items for baby but also some nursing tops and clothes for Ruth who is also in need. As always, diapers and wipes are needed and they are included in the list, however it is possible the wipes and diapers could be delayed shipping from Amazon right now. Some look like they are available for shipping. Any of our leaders can also collect items and we will drop off to Ruth. Please consider coming along beside this young woman who chose LIFE to have her baby! 👶 Thank you church and friends for your donations.
