This Sunday, June 14th at 4:00 PM, we will be holding a parent meeting to review the itinerary and important details for the upcoming trip.
This meeting is for both families whose students are already attending and those who are still considering participation. During this meeting, we will cover important information including:
• Trip itinerary
• Dress code and attire expectations
• What to bring
• What not to bring
• Travel and lodging details
• Expectations for the week
It is very important that your student attends this meeting, as they will be making their meal selections for the trip.
If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please don't hesitate to reach out. Jenna or l would be more than happy to speak with you and help in any way we can.
We look forward to seeing you Sunday and are excited about what God is going to do through this trip!
