Stewardship of Talents and Gifts - Discover your Gifts
Monday Moment
Gracious God, thank You for creating me with unique gifts and abilities. Open my eyes to recognize the gifts You have placed within me and help me understand how You are calling me to use them. Amen.
Scripture
“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” 1 Peter 4:10
Reflection
Every person has been given gifts by God. Some are easy to recognize; others may be quietly waiting to be discovered. Stewardship begins by recognizing that our talents are not simply things we are good at—they are gifts entrusted to us for a purpose.
Engagement
• Ask yourself: “What comes naturally to me? What brings me joy? What do others often ask me to help with?” Write down three gifts you believe God may have given you.
• Take the “One Step” challenge. Learn about one parish ministry or committee you have never explored. Ask a question, attend an event, or have a conversation with someone already involved. You don’t have to make a commitment—simply be open to where God might be calling you.
