Twenty-five years later, we still remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We remember the families who were forever changed. And we honor the first responders who ran toward danger to save others, knowing the risks they faced.

May we never forget their courage, their sacrifice, and the many acts of compassion that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Angel Tree 2026 Registration is Coming!

The Salvation Army of Greensboro's Angel Tree program is back a bit earlier this year, and registration is right around the corner! If you're a parent or guardian in need of assistance this Christmas, here's what you need to know:

📅 Online Registration: Sept 10 (6 PM) – Sept 17 (6 PM) at https://bit.ly/4dhwnTx
📅 In-Person Registration: Sept 8–10, by appointment only (call 336-907-3635)

Registration is first come, first serve, so don't wait! Be sure to have your documents ready:
✅ Photo ID
✅ Proof of address (must be in a qualifying Greensboro-area zip code)
✅ Proof of income/expenses
✅ Birth certificate or medical card for each child (ages 12 & under)
✅ Proof of guardianship (if not the parent)
