Today we get to hear from Sister Natalie Savage who is serving in the Brisbane Australia Mission. Her parents are Nathan and Hillary Savage from the Summit Ward. She's learning so much! And she's awesome!

Talofa lava!🌺 I'm currently serving in a Samoan ward in Ipswich Australia with my soa Sister Leiataua! It's been so fun (and difficult) learning a new language on-the-fly!

I LOVE the Samoan culture and their humor! My favorite thing is how much they love us missionaries haha! They see us as sacred servants of the Lord and do everything they can to help and serve US! They never let us help them, even if they need it, and they love to have us in their homes because they know they'll be blessed.

I've learned so much from them and their devotion to God. Everytime we share a message with a family they make sure everyone is in the room and has their scriptures out, and the parents usually end up crying and bearing their testimonies of the gospel🥹

I never go hungry. Taro is my favorite food now🥰 The most I've been able to give back is learning how to bless the food in their beautiful language🙏🏻💗

I love how this gospel brings together all different cultures and people. I know this is God's true church and it brings JOY! I le suafa o Iesu Keriso, Amene.

37 Now my brethren, we see that God is mindful of every people, whatsoever land they may be in; yea, he numbereth his people, and his bowels of mercy are over all the earth. Now this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving; yea, and I will give thanks unto my God forever. Amen. (Alma 26:37)

Because not everyone can donate on a weekday, we are hosting a Saturday blood drive, and we invite you to participate. We know your Saturdays are valuable....please consider spending an hour saving a life.

This Saturday blood drive is designed especially for those who work or have commitments during the week. If weekdays make donating difficult, this is a meaningful opportunity to serve and bless lives in our community. However, everyone is welcome to donate!
