Did you mean to pick up a baby gift but lost the link?
Here it is again!

We are so excited to help welcome a new little one to Greensboro!
St. Barnabas is partnering again with North Carolina African Services Coalition ascafrica.org to help provide a few necessities to a family expecting a baby in August.

It is our honor to provide some basic comforts to families who are working through the long process of resettlement. Small comforts mean a lot when you are new to a place, welcoming a new person into your life, and taking care of all the things along the way.

Welcome (soon) little one!

The gospel lesson from Matthew this week includes, the call of Matthew the tax collector, a healing, and raising a girl from the dead. There's A LOT going on.
In all of it, Jesus acts and calls and people respond in body and soul. How are you being called into immediate and life changing love right now?

The Feast of the Visitation, celebrated on May 31, commemorates Mary’s visit to her cousin Elizabeth as told in the Gospel of Luke. Bearing the unborn Christ, Mary journeyed to the hill country to share in Elizabeth’s joy, for Elizabeth too was expecting a son—John the Baptist. The Visitation reveals the meeting of the old and new covenants, of prophecy and fulfillment, and of two faithful women whose openness to God made way for salvation’s unfolding.
