A Prayer for a Preacher from a Preacher!

Heavenly Father, I pray for this dear Preacher as he stands today to proclaim Your Word. Anoint him with power from on high, give to him boldness, wisdom, and clarity, and let every word he speaks be guided by the Holy Spirit. Use him in a powerful way to reach the lost, save souls, encourage the discouraged, strengthen the weary, and draw hearts closer to You. Let Your presence fill the place, and let Christ be exalted in everything that is said and done. May Your Word go forth with power and accomplish Your divine purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Got ready to leave the church after taking the tent down and a young girl maybe 13 or 14 came and handed me 2 bills crumpled and said ,"I want to give this for the 'Christmas for the west'. I am asking the Lord to show her at the 'Judgment' just how 'Big' her gift really was!

Sunday Morning Prayers from a Pastor for a Pastor!
Heavenly Father, Today I lift up this dear preacher and his family before You. Anoint him afresh with the power of the Holy Ghost as he stands to proclaim Your Word. Give him boldness, clarity, liberty, and an unction that can only come from Heaven. Let every word he speaks be guided by You and let Jesus be exalted in everything that is said and done. Lord, make this service a service like no other. Let Your presence fill the house, let hardened hearts be softened, broken hearts be healed, burdens be lifted, and lost souls come to know Jesus Christ as Savior. Meet every need represented in the congregation and pour out Your grace upon this dear preacher and his family. Strengthen them, encourage them, protect them, and remind them that they are held securely in Your hands. May there be a divine touch upon the service that cannot be explained except by saying, “Jesus was here.” Have Your way from the first note to the final amen, and may everything bring glory and honor to Your precious name.
