Greensboro Fellows A 9 month Spiritual and Professional Leadership Development program for recent college graduates.

The Greensboro Fellows Program is a nine month (September – May) program for those who desire, and are committed to the pursuit of spiritual, personal, and professional growth. It is intended and geared towards young adults who are recently out of college or graduate school. Our curriculum, planned excursions, internships, volunteer work, and community all work together to inspire and empower a Ch

rist-centered life. As a Greensboro Fellow you will:
• Acquire an internship and be networked into your desired professional field.
• Volunteer with a local ministry or non-profit organization.
• Experience intensive small-group discipleship.
• Enjoy a challenging academic program including Church History, Theology, Apologetics, Personal Finance, Historical Church Leaders, and Business Entrepreneurship.
• Attend a custom-made leadership development program at the Center for Creative Leadership, an organization ranked 2nd in the world by Financial Times Magazine in executive leadership development.
• Meet weekly with a mentor from the local community.
• Stay with a host family from Church of the Redeemer and enjoy Southern hospitality and home-cooked meals.
• Go on trips with the fellows around the country throughout the year.
• Finish your 9-month stay with a mission trip to Rwanda, Africa. We partner with Church of the Redeemer in Greensboro, NC: www.redeemergso.org

ORIENTATION RETREAT!

What can we say?! Week one has been a delight with these fellows! We played at the beach, shared good meals, asked silly questions, learned about each other and the God who knows us & loves us & compels us to act. These fellows are rested and ready to work towards the shalom of all things as they co-labor with God in his work of redemption. Bring it on, year 15! 🌊💌

Let’s talk about host homes and what they mean for Greensboro Fellows! We think intergenerational relationships are vital for the flourishing of people & communities, and host homes are at the core of making that vision a reality. It’s the simple message of the gospel—that we are welcomed in to a family, by no work of our own, but by the radical grace and generosity of God. That young people get to be welcomed in to a home, to a family, to a community is radical hospitality. This is the Kingdom of Heaven at hand.

Last week we gathered with our host families and prayed over their homes & the fellows that will be with them for these nine months. Our fellows will be moving in this weekend! Join us in praying for them as they travel to Greensboro & for the families graciously receiving fellows in their homes. 🏡🏡🏡

Thank you to Rwanda, Friends of Gahini, and for having us! It’s always a gift to visit our friends across the world. The Kingdom of God is abundantly more beautiful than we can imagine.
