What a triumphant kickoff Sunday afternoon for our HOMEBOUND Revival at Ms. Nina Cash's home! We shared joy, tears, and uplifting moments of connection through song, devotion, and Holy Communion, cultivating a sense of community and spiritual growth with our church family.

In remembrance of September 11, 2001:

O God, our hope and refuge,
in our distress we come quickly to you...

We come remembering those who lost their lives
in New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania...

We come remembering
and we come in hope,
not in ourselves, but in you...

In commemorating this tragedy,
we give you thanks for your presence
in our time of need
and we seek to worship you in Spirit and in truth,
our guide and our guardian. Amen.

Excerpt of prayer by the Rev. Jeremy Pridgeon, First United Methodist Church, Panama City, Florida, via Discipleship Ministries, The United Methodist Church.

This Sunday, we continue our Lessons in Leadership series with “Acceptance.” Through the stories of Moses and Peter, we’ll explore what it means to move through our resistance, trust God’s presence, and take the next faithful step.

Come worship with us this Sunday as we consider what it means to recognize that wherever God calls us, we are standing on holy ground!

This Sunday we’re beginning a new series, Lessons in Leadership, and we’re starting with a topic we all have to wrestle with: power.

Who has it? How do we use it? And what does faithful, Christ-centered leadership look like?

Join us Sunday as we look at Pharaoh, the courageous women of Exodus, and Peter, and consider how God calls us to use whatever power and influence we have for life, for others, and for God’s purposes.

Sunday morning - we’d love to have you with us!

Greenfield United Methodist Church had such a fun evening hanging out with the UTM Aviators Marching Band! 🎶💙🧡

These students have worked so hard all week at camp, and we were happy to treat them to a little after-practice snack of watermelon and Gatorade. 🍉🥤 It was so much fun getting to spend some time with these talented young people and show them a little love and encouragement!

We loved hanging out with the “cool kids” tonight! 😎🎵 Go Aviators! Go Skyhawks! 💙🧡

Just a quick reminder that Coffee Break will not meet tomorrow, Thursday, August 13th at 10:00 AM.

Our parking lot is being resealed this week, so we’ll need to cancel our gathering. We’ll plan to meet again next week as usual!

Thanks for understanding, and we’ll see you soon! ☕❤️

This Sunday, August 16, we're talking about something we all need a little more of: unity.

Psalm 133 says, “How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity.” And then it gives us some strange but beautiful images. Of oil flowing down Aaron's beard and dew covering the mountains.

What do oil, dew, and Tennessee humidity have in common?

They don't stay where they start. They spread.

Join us this Sunday as we wrap up our series and talk about what happens when God's people live together in unity, and how God's blessing is never meant to stay contained.

This Sunday, August 9, we're talking about one of my favorite people. My friend, Hawk.
One of the things I love most about Hawk is that he sings. Loudly. Joyfully. Without worrying about whether anyone is listening or what they think.

His story has reminded me that praise isn't about having the perfect voice. It's about remembering the faithfulness of God.

Join us this Sunday as we explore Psalm 105 and discover why God's people have always been invited to sing.

We will also have our Blessing of the Backpacks!
