Bless the Lord of our soul, singing praises to our Prince of Peace, our Comforter, our Redeemer and our Friend. I don't sing because I have no problems, I sing because there is no problem God will not see me through. ( Psalm 121:2) I don't smile because my life is easy, I smile because the struggles I have God will produce fruit out of. (Gal. 5:22) I laugh not because I have everything under control , but because the Joy of the Lord is my strength.(Neh. 8:10) I dance in the rain as the storm comes because victory is mine through Christ. (Rom. 8:37)
PRAYER: Lord we praise Your holy name because you have our lives in the palm of Your hand. You hold us up with Your victorious right hand. Assuring us that ALL our circumstances well managed by Your faithfulness and we can trust you with all the details. In Jesus name we pray Amen.

It has been quite a while since I have posted here. I pray you forgive me for the delay. Life has a way of just taking a hard left turn out of nowhere. I was debating whether or not to close this page. Not sure I have the heart to. It has been a place to share my journey with the Lord in the hopes of reaching a million people for Jesus. What do I mean exactly I mean pray a million prayers, encourage million people, I mean have the opportunity to just love big. I have been told more times than I can count by the enemy how impossible that is. But then again I have no intention of doing it in my strength, I am so dependent of God an this is no different. So I just want to reach out to all of you to say a pray for you.

Lord you are faithful in all you do, even when we fall short you remain faithful and steadfast. I dont know what you can do with this small town country girl but I know you have a way of taking something small and using it for your glory. You take impossible and make it possible. So tonight I lift up each person here asking for peace to cone in their circumstances and in their hearts, I pray that your love and grace find them right where they are and save them. Let you protection keep them well. In jesus name I pray.

Most would look at this and only see the dead leaves all around. Who could help but notice there isn't any color or blooms and just dismiss this wonder. In all honesty it doesn't look too impressive to the natural eyes at all. Yet when you look at it through the lens of hope, it becomes a promise! A promise of new life, of beauty and splendor. It's the beginning of a new season! Where all the work had been done with out so much as a second glance. Yet the work was done! Just because your natural eyes can't see what is being done doesn't mean it isn't being done. Dare to look with the lens of hope to capture a new perspective on your surroundings and those in your life. Maybe God is asking you to trust his sovereign authority, his timing, and his word. He is faithful to complete the work he begins. He creates miracles in darkness every day and has since the beginningof time. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. In a mother's womb he creates life. Beneath the ground seeds come forth into plants. Those prayers your praying he is using those too.

Lord thank you for the gentle reminders of your everlasting hope. Oh how you nurture my heart in those seasons of insignificance, growth, and when darkness has surrounded me. You have never failed to bring forth beauty in my life. I trust your sovereign authority. You know what is best and how to bring it about. I thank you for it all. I ask that you restore hope giving the lens we need to see the real work being done in your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray.

Oh Lord, we praise you in the morning and as we lay our head down to rest at night. You keep our minds and hearts in your perfect peace. We can not pretend to understand or fathom the plans you have prepared before us.We know they are good. We ask that you help us to stay on the path you have blessed before us. Let all we do be obedient to your perfect will. Teach us in the trials to appreciate what you are doing in that moment with a joyful heart. Release the angels concerning us that we would remain in the shadow of your wings. Guide us Holy Spirit to be bold and courageous as we walk in agreement with you. Raise us up to lead, teach and guide our children to do the same. Let us be ever mindful that we are not alone, that we are empowered by you to do what you are calling us to. Let the light of your love be what the world sees drawing them to encounters that forever change their heart. In Jesus authority I pray .

While working I answered the phone in my normal chipper voice and my customer immediately started to laugh. I was puzzled at first and thought it must be my southern accent he finds amusing. As I asked how he was doing and how I could assist him today he began telling about the issue at hand. He was a older gentleman I could tell from his voice. The issue at hand just happen to be something I had handled before it a customer in knowing that I feel assured my enthusiasm must have jumped through the phone an caused him to get tickled again. As he still had a giggle in his voice he asked me how I was doing. I replied with I am having an amazing day. He continued to giggle, at this point I inquired if he thought my accent was entertaining and that is why he was laughing. He replied oh no I apologize I'm not making fun. I just find it surprising and delightful that even your voice is smiling. Usually customer services doesn't answer with a smile let alone with enthusiasm to help with a technical issue. I continued to finish assisting him, resolved the issue and closed the call. As I thought about what the man had said I felt so grateful and thankful for the joy God has giving me, my rose colored glasses as some would say. I paused thanking God for all he has giving me and for the ability to smile even through the phone. It never ceases to amaze me what the smallest gesture can do to positively impact someone's life.
