If the UL-rating starts with the #1 it is for stationary use…like storing solar power. Or storage in general.

If it starts with the #2 it can be used for propulsion. Like golf carts/trolling motors/light vehicles.

So putting a UL-1### battery in a golf cart you lose the “fire safe” aspect!
