John Defilippo for head coach? Stop it. He is not ready. Right now, he is the type of coach that when the pass game isn't working, he tries to pass even harder. Envision it now, Aaron Jones becomes even more nonexistent in his usage than he has been this year.

The firing of Mike McCarthy after Sunday's 20-17 loss in Green Bay to the hapless Arizona Cardinals has taken many by surprise. Many thought, including yours-truly, that McCarthy's tenure as the Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers would end, at worst, with the culmination of the regular season schedule.
