Hey, CCKids Parents!
This weekend in CCKids we will be announcing that BOTH Girls and Boys have won our Point Dot Challenge! (They both reached 1000 points and were within 5 points of each other) So, next weekend (Nov 13/14) we will be serving Popcorn and Hot Chocolate during our small group discussion time. Please let a host know of any allergy concerns.
Also, we are starting a new series about the BIBLE! This month is going to be great! See below for information, and to dig deeper into this with your family. Thanks for the opportunity to partner with you as God builds great kids!

This month in CCKids we are talking about the Bible. This series is all about the big story of the whole Bible and what it means for us as followers of Jesus! It includes study tips for kids, how to pick a great Bible, and what to do when the Bible seems confusing, hard, or leaves us with more questions than answers. The Bible is an incredible book to read, talk about, and explore over and over again!

October 9/10 Weekend

This Week’s Parent-Kid Conversation:
Talk about some different things you’d like to do to share your faith in Jesus.

This month we are talking about Faith. Faith is a word that shows a deep belief in and connection to Jesus. We might believe in and act on (put “faith” in) a lot of things we can’t see, but the faith that matters is the faith we have in Jesus. When we believe in our hearts what the Bible says about Christ, and we admit our belief with our mouth, our faith is born. Once our faith is born, we can choose to let it grow and bring glory to God by putting it into action and being generous with what He’s given us.!

Parents! If you have a child finishing kindergarten-4th grade as we speak... CCKids has an invitation for you!

We are offering a free, fun, activity-filled Morning Adventure every Wednesday in June @ 9-11:30am, for kids going into 1st-5th grades!
Older siblings are welcome to come help.

You can register for each individual week you’d like to attend.
Space is limited and registration closes on the Monday prior to each Wednesday.

Great Part-Time opportunity! Tiny Tots is looking for someone to join our Supervisor Team for the 9 am service for the summer months. If you’ve wanted to join us, but find the school year to be too busy, here’s your chance! This paid position is for 4 weekends a month throughout the summer (we can find a sub for a weekend off thought! 😊).
