c. Bios-Does BIOS mean life?
The first Greek word is bios, the source of our word biology. Biology is the study of living things, so it's an appropriate way to remember this Greek word for life. Bios is the word that describes our physical life, simply the fact that we are alive. Our spirit man now controls the Body as we give it way to do so, living in the spirit.
8 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.1 2 For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. 1. Bios

Bios here refers to the life of the physical body. The English word biology comes from bios. (Luke 8:14-The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life's worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature).

What does Colossians 3 1 2 mean? Living the New Life
3 Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand. 2 Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.(taken from Got Questions) set your minds on things that are above” (3:1–2). So often this is taken to mean something like, “think about heaven,” “seek things that are of a Godly quality,” or “set your minds on things that are good, peaceful, divine, rather than things that will bring you down.”
What is the mind of Christ in Philippians 2? Phil. 2:1-5

3 Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. 4 Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.

5426 phronéō (from 5424 /phrḗn, "the midriff or diaphragm; the parts around the heart," J. Thayer) – properly, regulate (moderate) from within, as inner-perspective (insight) shows itself in corresponding, outward behavior. 5426 (phronéō) essentially equates to personal opinion fleshing itself out in action (see J. Thayer). This idea is difficult to translate into English because it combines the visceral and cognitive aspects of thinking.
So in our new born again experience we have been re-programmed, we have been giving a new spirit.
In Philippians 2, Jesus is presented as loving, obedient, self-sacrificing, and humble. This is the mind we are to have as Jesus' followers. The necessity of believers being of one mind or the same mind is so important to Paul that he mentions it in every chapter of Philippians.
