This morning David, Joe, Martin and I prepared forty dinners for patrons of Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park. Ronald McDonald House houses and supports families whose children receive life-saving medical treatment at nearby LIJ. Thankfully, we are able to continue this program now that COVID restrictions have relaxed. Thanks for David for organizing this wonderful effort, and to Joe & Martin for all their help.

Brotherhood Speaker and Monthly Meeting: Steven Blank of Blank Slate Media on the November Elections and Journalism During the COVID Crisis
Sunday, October 18 | 10 a.m.

The entire congregation is invited to join Brotherhood to hear Steven Blank of Blank Slate Media discuss the local races and issues ahead of the November election, as well as the state of journalism during the COVID crisis.

The longtime newsman formed Blank Slate Media in 2010 and purchased the Great Neck News, New Hyde Park Herald Courier and Williston Times. He has since launched the Roslyn Times, Manhasset Times, Port Washington Times and theislandnow.com website.
