Why is happiness key to maintaining a
healthy intimate relationship?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Please join us as we continue our course on the Kabbalah of consciousness and mindfulness, given by Rabbi Osher
of Chabad of Great Neck.

Lesson 6 -
Mind and Matter pt.1
The foundational influence of happiness
on our relationships

In Judaism, mindfulness isn't just and ascetic practice; rather,
it's harnessed in the real world through our practical behaviors.

This lesson will explore the two-way relationship between
mitzvot and mindfulness; mindfulness and intention lend
purpose to the mitzvot, and mitzvot elicit meditative
effects and are a form of meditation themselves

When: Tuesday, 10/29/24 @ 8:00 pm.
Where: Home of Albert Yudkovich and Luba Yudkovich -
8 Warwick Rd, Great Neck, NY.

Refreshments will be served.

This class is dedicated in loving memory and the aliyat neshama of Menachem ben Leib OBM
and
Shlomo ben Moshe OBM
and
Fanya bas Leib OBM
