Helping Hands at First English has been feeding around 1000 people a month through the pandemic. As the price of groceries has soared, we continue to give. Guests have told us that they are able to remain housed because of our help. As the need grows in our community, we have been called to keep showing up and loving our neighbors.

We are now in a MATCHING FUNDS CAMPAIGN with Town Pump, who has again offered us a matching grant of $7500. We need to raise the money by the end of November. Won’t you help us keep doing what we do?

BE THE CHANGE YOU’D LIKE TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

Helping Hands at First English has an opening for a produce volunteer. This job only requires a couple of hours one day a month, and makes a world of difference to families in our community.

The job is simply sorting and putting away produce that is delivered on a Thursday morning, right at Helping Hands at First English. It is a great way to truly make a difference, with only a small amount of time each month.

Produce is one of the more expensive grocery items, and often the first thing to get cut from a grocery list. Come help us get fresh produce on the tables of our neighbors!

Good morning First English family, Matt and I are out of town this weekend and don't have another backup to stream worship today. If you look up New Hope Lutheran Church on Facebook, you should be able to catch Pastor Tammy's sermon and hear the Word.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but will be back live next week!

Good morning friends, family and friends we haven't met yet!

Our community of Great Falls is currently experiencing high levels of COVID transmission. Per CDC guidelines, wearing masks and social distancing at indoor events is highly encouraged. At First English we are also highly encouraging the wearing of masks again to help protect those who are most vulnerable and to help slow the spread of this nasty virus in our community. We will also continue to practice social distancing during worship services.

Alluvion Health will be coming to Helping Hands at First English TOMORROW, Saturday, May 7, from 1-3 to give Covid boosters and flu vaccines! If you need either, come on down! It’s FREE, and I’ll have lollipops!
