This Saturday at 2PM there will be a live DMQG Annual Charity Auction in the Berkeley Springs State Park right in the center of town at the gazebo. The proceeds from the sale of the Yard Square Quilts that we make every year will go to the Morgan County Homeless Coalition. This women’s homeless house will open in November here in Berkeley Springs, WV. Please let your friends and neighbors know about the auction to support a very worthy cause. The quilts are wall hangings measuring 36” X 36” and they are 51 very beautiful works of art.

Two new shelters could open up in the Panhandle by November 1st, according to Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission Superintendent Tim Guerino.

At Calvary last evening we had a candlelight Christmas Eve Service attended by some hardy souls who braved the ice, wind and bitter cold to gather and sing carols and hear the scriptures about our Savior, the Messiah.
This Christmas morning there will be no worship service. We hope you will be with your families sharing love and hope Jesus brought to us by his birth, death and resurrection. Please accept his gift.

The guest speaker at Great Cacapon Calvary this Sunday, Oct. 2 at 11AM, will be Rick Vance. Rick is know by many for his powerful messages especially about healing of body, soul and spirit. Come out to welcome him and bring some friends.
