6:00pm at Rosemary & Rev. Willard Durant Park (10 John Street) in Pittsfield. Join in at the free, family-
friendly event which honors Black Independence Day and features live music, dance performances, a
basketball exhibition, and local food vendors.

including LGBTQ siblings with Shabbat prayers, Quaker Meditation, Unitarian Universalist teaching, Episcopal andUCC prayers and music! There will be a continental breakfast

Sacred Texts, Shared Questions: An Interfaith Bible Study Series
Fridays, June 12, July 10 and August 21 10:00 AM First Congregational Church of GB, UCC
Join clergy and community members from across the Southern Berkshires for a three-part interfaith exploration of sacred texts that continue to shape our moral imagination and spiritual lives.

Together, we will study selections from the Book of Jonah, the prophet Isaiah, and other biblical voices, engaging these texts through Jewish, Christian, and interfaith lenses.

Each session will invite participants into deep conversation—wrestling with enduring questions of responsibility, justice, compassion, repentance, and hope.

o What does it mean to be called to change?

o How do we respond to a world in need of healing?

o And what can ancient wisdom teach us about the urgency of this moment?

While this practice is not immediately easy, it can yield long term results and a closer walk with God.
