Hey ladies, sent out an email with LOTS of important info. If you want to be kept in the loop via emai and you didn't receive it please let us know and I will add you to the list! Here's what the email said:
Happy Thursday all you beautiful ladies!! We didn't want to allow too much time to go by between hearing from us, so thought we'd touch base with you today! We would really love to get some important information to you, so please take a moment and read through this email carefully (maybe wait until naptime or after bedtime ;) ).
IMPORTANT DATES:
May 25- We will be walking in the parade passing out fliers, hope to see you out there!
June 18- First Summer play date, we are also possibly planning a Culver's Night to raise some $ to help with MOPS
costs this evening, so mark your calendars and forget cooking dinner that night! You may also register
with us IN PERSON while at the park date before the deadline when price goes up!
June 30-Last day to save $ on your MOPS International dues, please register early!

First of all, we will continue to meet this summer once a month. We will meet every 3rd Thursday of the month, at 10am, at Jones Island park (corner of Harvey and Alleghany rd. in Grayslake). So pack some lunches and your suits and join us for summer fun! The dates are 6/18, 7/16, and 8/20.
Secondly, please save yourself a bit of $ and register for MOPS in the fall by June 30th (Not only will this save you money but this really, really helps us plan accordingly for child care)! Right now we are just collecting the MOPS International fee (only $23 before June 30) and you can pay the registration fee ($130) in total for the YEAR in the fall, break it up into 3 smaller payments, or pay per meeting ($10 per meeting-this route comes out quite a bit more expensive just FYI). Also feel free to let us know if you're interested in providing scholarships for mommas that might not otherwise be able to afford MOPS. We currently have no financial backing so we are working very hard to raise some fund in hopes that we can helps moms that are in financial difficulty so we don't have to turn anyone away!
In this email I am including our MOPS flyer (If you grabbed one at the LAST playgroup there were errors with the MOPS meeting dates and no info on how to register, so please discard that one and take a look at this one). On it you will find next year's MOPS theme and what its all about, our summer play dates, and how to register. We will also get the flyer up on the playgroup page soon in case you misplace this email. Please feel free to forward this flyer on to your friends! Remember our group is a MOPS and MOPSNext group (includes moms with newborns through grade school).
Directions to register:
Fill out the information section on our flyer (print from this email if you don't have one or grab one at the Connection table at the Chapel) and a check for $23 (if before June 30) made out to the Chapel with MOPS in the memo line (IMPORTANT). Then either mail your info and check to the Chapel at (25270 IL Rt.-60 Grayslake, IL 60030) Attn: Rhonda Lyon (Also IMPORTANT so the right person recieves it) or drop it at the Connection table (table near the elevator in the lobby) at The Chapel Grayslake again Attn: Rhonda Lyon. Registering early would really help us out!!
