As the registration time for the retreat for lodging is closing, we also know many of our brothers and sisters will also be joining us for Sabbath day only.

While we welcome those who come up to the camp and join us for the day, truth be told, everything enjoyed, is being paid for, by those who are lodging the whole weekend. Even then, not all costs are always covered.

We are a self supporting ministry and cannot put on these retreats without your financial support. So we humbly ask, if you are only coming up for Sabbath, to enjoy the speakers, the concert, and activities, please consider bringing an offering.

We do two offerings on Sabbath, one for the retreat at large, and a "love offering" that goes to the musicians who provide the concert in the afternoon.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Our campers will be treated to another year of meals prepared by the D6 staff and volunteers.

That being said, we would like to encourage anyone who knows how to cook in a commercial kitchen, or can help with food prep, or even dishwashing, to consider volunteering, to help spread the work load.

Many hands make light work and we don't want to chain the staff to the kitchen where they can't enjoy the retreat as well.

Registration for the 2026 Retreat is now closed for members within the District 6 group of churches.

If you are a member outside of the District, and would like to attend, we are taking your registrations this week only.

Now that Camp Meeting has come and gone, it is time to make sure you're registered for the retreat at Camp Au Sable.

It starts on Thursday, August 13th, and goes through Sunday, August 16th.

Don MacLafferty is our speaker for the weekend.

Those who get there Thursday evening can enjoy a campfire cookout and a variety of activities Friday morning: go-karts, horseback riding, or a canoe trip down the Au Sable river.

Those who get there on Friday can enjoy canoing on the lake, walking the trails of camp, a campfire vespers program after the Sabbath evening service. Go karts will be offered again Sunday morning.

UPDATED INFORMATION!!

Prices and Registration date have been updated in this brochure. Please make note of the new changes.

Registration closes July 3rd at 5pm.

Meals are charged per person, per meal.

Sabbath potluck - No heating or cooling of dishes will be available so plan accordingly and please bring your own serving utensil.

It has been brought to our attention that there is a typo in the pricing for the Auditorum basement rooms. The correct price is $65 a night, not $85.

So sorry for the confusion.

Just a heads up, that the "RSVP by date" is changed due to Camp Au Sable registration requirements.

You'll need to register by July 3rd.

Then out of district members will have the following week to get their registrations in.

The 2026 Retreat Brochure has been finalized and sent to all of the pastors in the district. If your church has not recieved this information, please pass this on. The sooner you register, the better your chances at securing lodging.
