Dear Church family, friends and Gravette Community:

The family advised that Tentative services for Captain Kelley will be:
- Visitation for family on Monday, June 8th from 5-6 pm, and with friends from 6-8 pm.
- Funeral on Tuesday, June 9th at 11am.

**Visitation and Funeral will be at FBC Rogers due to the amount of anticipated Officer presence.**

Your Brother in Christ Jesus,
Pastor Andy

Our law enforcement family is mourning the loss of a truly remarkable man.

After many years of dedicated service, Chris Kelley, a longtime Deputy Sheriff with the Benton County Sheriff's Office, (Reserve Lieutenant), and Captain with the Centerton Police Department, has passed away.

He was more than a badge and a uniform. He was a respected leader, a trusted mentor, a loyal friend, a devoted husband, and a servant to his community. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to others left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

He led with integrity, treated people with respect, and earned the admiration of colleagues, friends, and community members alike. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched throughout his career and beyond.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who served alongside him during this difficult time.

Thank you for your service, your friendship, and the example you set for so many. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

Rest easy, brother. We have the watch from here.

Ps 34:18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

Church family, as we weep and morn of the loss of our own. Pray for the family at our Church who love Him and miss Captain Chris as a Husband, Son, Grandson and Brother.

Note, Scripture provides Hope. Jesus is close to those who are brokenhearted. Thank you Jesus!

Personally, I learned alot from Captain Chris Kelley over the years what a role model is by living selfless each and every day. I witnessed it at church and at home protecting my family each week in Centerton

In situations like these that are difficult to even process...Pastor Charles Spurgeon sheds some light here for all of us who walk with Christ daily.

"To be Winners of Souls WE must be Weepers of Souls." - Charles Spurgeon

Thank you Captain Kelley for your service.

Your Brother in Christ, praying for you, family.
