FALL GREETINGS COU COMMUNITY,
September welcomes us into the season of Fall—a beautiful time of transition, reflection, and harvest. Spiritually, autumn invites us to pause and acknowledge the growth and expansion that have taken place within us. Just as nature moves through cycles of growth, harvest, release, and renewal, our own spiritual journeys unfold in similar rhythms.
The changing seasons offer us an opportunity to reflect on the natural cycles of our lives. Fall reminds us that growth is not always about moving forward or doing more. Sometimes growth means pausing to recognize how far we have come, gathering the wisdom we have gained, and lovingly releasing what no longer serves us.
This month, we are invited to create space—both within and around us—for what is ready to emerge. Just as the trees release their leaves, we can release old beliefs, expectations, habits, and fears that may be taking up space in our consciousness. When we let go, we make room for new possibilities, deeper awareness, and greater visions to take root.
Fall is also a season of gratitude. It is a time to harvest the bounty of our lives and recognize the blessings already present. Rather than focusing on what may be missing, we can consciously shift our awareness toward abundance, prosperity, and appreciation. What have you cultivated this year? What growth are you celebrating? What are you ready to release? And what new possibility is quietly seeking to emerge through you?
Take time this month to connect with the changing world around you. Feel the crispness in the air, notice the changing colors, and listen to the whisper of the leaves. Nature has a way of reminding us that change is not something to fear—it is part of the divine rhythm of life.
May this season of harvest bring you a deeper appreciation for how far you have come, the courage to release what is complete, and the openness to welcome what is ready to be born.
In deep gratitude and appreciation,
Rev. Linda
