God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) Storms will come, just like they did for the disciples. The waves rose, fear set in—but Jesus said, “Do not be afraid,” and the storm obeyed.

When Peter stepped out of the boat and kept his eyes on Jesus, he walked on water. The moment he focused on the storm, fear took over and he began to sink. I see that same pattern in my own life. Fear paralyzes me, but faith mobilizes me.

Today, I’m choosing to keep my eyes on Him. God still calms storms. God still calls us to step out in faith. And miracles still happen when we trust Him. I refuse to let fear lead—I choose faith. 🙏✨

We hadn’t talked in over 13 years. We were just two high school classmates who went our separate ways. Life moved on. So did we. But what we didn’t know was that God was writing a story the whole time. One we couldn’t have scripted on our own. After years apart, we reconnected. But this time, it was different. God had already started working on our hearts individually. There was healing, growth, surrender, and transformation. And when we came back into each other’s lives, it wasn’t by accident — it was on purpose.Shortly after giving his life fully to God, his path shifted. That shift led him straight to me. And when he prayed about our relationship, he didn’t hear noise — he heard clarity. He knew I was someone to honor, protect, and cherish — not just as a woman, but as a daughter of the King.
