For your convenience, we provide a nursery during the service for ages 0 - 3yrs, if you would like your child to attend. During the service we also have Children's Church for all kids age 4yrs to 4th grade. The children will be dismissed after Praise & Worship. Sunday Evening Home Group

The start-up of Percilla Community Church
Initial Minutes
On September 4, 1989 at a called meeting, Percilla Church was organized. In getting official papers prepared, the lawyer advised that we need a different name, so it was changed to Percilla Community Church. The following were present. A. & Louis Hassell

(The members of PCC were all formerly members of Percilla United Methodist Church). A motion was made by Loyd Dickey, seconded by Mitchell Huff, to give all unexpended funds to Percilla UMC which were collected prior to our withdrawal from that church. Motion carried. T. Hassell presiding—Meeting was opened by prayer by T.A. Motion was made by Loyd Dickey to repair the ceiling of the Percilla Community Center building (where the Percilla C. Church meets); seconded by Minnie Belle Jones. It was decided to get estimates on a drop ceiling, repair existing sheetrock, or replace sheetrock, as well as different lighting; then decide which way to go. The piano needs tuning, and a dehumidifier, and possibly a cover. It was noted to take care of this. Loyd Dickey was appointed to contact Chuck Allen about it. Motion was made by Rita Moore to ok purchase of groceries for a needy family at Mound City; seconded by Loyd. Financial report by Louise Hassell

Motion by Frances Jordan to give Bro. Patterson a gift of $400.00 toward hospital expense and let him and Louise work out the necessary advance to cover the balance. Seconded by Mildred Dickey. Motion by Raymond Jordan, seconded by Wilda Rothwell to put up a sign (Percilla Community Church meets here). appointed Frances, Mildred, Minnie Belle, Louise, and Mitchell as a Fellowship Committee. Calvin Dickey, Louise, and Clyde Green as the Finance Committee. Minnie Belle was appointed as Chairman of the Membership Roll Committee. Calvin and Bro.
