** Attention**
Important Meeting coming up!
As you may or may not know, the Visioning Board has been meeting and working with the DS and a team of volunteers from other churches to study GUMC, past, present and future. There will be a meeting on Sunday, April 26th at 4:00 PM to present the findings and our options moving forward. There will be a time to hear about the work of the team and the recommendations for what we do next. This has been a lengthy and sometimes emotional course, but we have learned much and are feeling very positive about what we are doing now and our ongoing presence in this community and those surrounding us. Because this involves the structure of the church, there will be a vote and we would love any and all input in these decisions. We hope you can attend!

As we regroup after the joyous celebrations of the holidays where we sought the joy, love, peace and especially the hope of the birth of our savior, and come back to our day to day lives of work, bad weather and scary headlines, we need a breath. We will do what we do best and gather together as the body of Christ tomorrow, Sunday, at 9:00 AM. Service will be an open time for folks to come and talk, listen, meditate and be in community. You are invited to bring a reading, psalm, Hymn to share that gives you strength when you feel troubled and need peace or encouragement. You are also welcome to come and just sit and listen and be still with Him. We are promised that where 2 or more are gathered He is with us. You are welcome and you are loved. ❤️
