💙💛 TODAY IS A SPECIAL DAY AT SOLID ROCK BAPTIST CHURCH! 💛💙
Today, we invite YOU to come and celebrate with us as we rejoice in 44 YEARS OF GOD'S GOODNESS AND FAITHFULNESS to our church family!
As we look back over the years, our hearts are filled with gratitude for all the Lord has done. Through every season, every challenge, every answered prayer, and every blessing, God has been faithful! Today, we have even more reason to rejoice as we celebrate the blessing of our church debt being PAID IN FULL! To God be all the glory! What a wonderful testimony of His provision and goodness! 🙌
Today is also a very special opportunity to honor our beloved Pastor Jerry Stines and his dear wife, Mrs. Darlene, as we recognize 34 YEARS OF FAITHFUL MINISTRY AND SERVICE.
For 34 years, Pastor Jerry has faithfully preached God's Word, loved and cared for God's people, prayed for our church family, and stood faithfully in the place God called him to serve. Ministry is so much more than what people see from the pulpit. It is the prayers prayed in private, the burdens carried in the heart, the tears shed for souls, the encouragement offered to the hurting, and the love shown again and again through the years.
Pastor Jerry, thank you for loving us, praying for us, caring for us, and faithfully pointing us to the Lord. Thank you for the years of sacrifice, the countless prayers, and your unwavering commitment to the ministry God has entrusted to you. We are grateful for you and Mrs. Darlene, and we thank God for the blessing you have been to our church family. ❤️
