Not everyone who walks through the doors of a church is looking for a sermon. Some are looking for hope. Some are carrying pain they haven’t told anyone about. Some are barely holding themselves together.

That’s why we have to be willing to love people where they are, listen without judgment, and point them to Jesus.

You may never know what someone is facing behind their smile. A kind word, a listening ear, a prayer, or simply letting someone know “I’m glad you’re here” could be exactly what they needed that day.

We are called to bear one another’s burdens, to encourage the discouraged, and to show the love of Christ—not just from the pulpit, but in the way we treat people every day.

Be the person who makes someone feel safe enough to come back. Be the hands and feet of Jesus. ❤️

Today is a gift from God—a fresh opportunity to walk in His grace, trust His plan, and appreciate the blessings He has placed before us. No matter what yesterday held or what tomorrow may bring, we can choose joy because the Lord is faithful in every season.

New day. New mercy. Same faithful God. Rejoice, give thanks, and embrace today with hope!

For the past few weeks now, the Lord has been performing a remarkable and unusual work among us. We have rejoiced over several people putting their faith in Christ. These new births have been all over the place: church altar, prayer room, living room, front porch, over the phone… wherever God pleases to convict, convince and convert. Some have been baptized and more plan to be soon.

We have seen parents publicly dedicate their children to be raised for the glory of God, which presents the goal of teaching them to love Jesus as they grow up, and leading them into a personal relationship with Christ while they are still young. The Lord has added members to our congregation, and we have seen the Holy Spirit move in special ways. God has given comfort, as well as correction, and He has amazed us with His great love!

At the same time, spiritual warfare is waging. Satan desires nothing more than to see us fail of the grace of God, dividing us from one another, halting the work of God, so he can keep sinners under his darkness and saints in weak defeat. Yet God still moves, because God is greater!

We’d like to invite you to join with us in worship, and we ask you to pray. Pray that this unusual work of God keeps going, and that this special working of His power goes from being an unusual season to the normal way He moves among us.

Pray & Prepare! Repent & Rejoice! Expect & Experience! What God has done for others, He can do for you too! His ways are perfect, and His will is good! Praise be to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!
