What an incredible day at Soles of Hope! Today we partnered with NC Baptist and Serve NC as we sought to serve our community. We welcomed 625 people today, providing brand new shoes to students heading back to school this fall. We also gave out more than 175 boxes of groceries and served breakfast to everyone who came through. It took all hands on deck with our 60-plus volunteers to make it happen, and we’re so grateful for each of them. For 15 years now, this ministry has been lighting up kids’ faces with the gift of new shoes, and today was no exception. Swipe through to see the smiles for yourself!

Last night we packed hundreds of food boxes for the families who will come through Soles of Hope!

We’re so thankful for everyone who showed up and served. Now we need your help church for the next two big pieces:
Wednesday, August 5 – Come help us set up the shoe tables.
Saturday, August 8 – Join us as we give away shoes, hand out food boxes, and serve breakfast to kids and families in our community.

This is one of the simplest and most tangible ways we get to love our neighbors well. Bring a friend, bring a smile, and let’s make August 8 a day full of kindness and the love of Jesus.
