Sunday, the place to be is St. Elizabeth for our Annual Fried Chicken Dinner. Begins at 11 AM, which means you can go to 10:30 AM Mass, then walk a few hundred feet across the lot for lunch!

See you Sunday. Grab a friend or neighbor to come pray and have some good food after.

P.S.- Parish Bakers...we can use desserts!! If you need to drop early on Sunday, you may do so in the cafeteria or the Harmony Room and we will get them!! Thank you!!

Today, the Church celebrates the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross: on the day following the dedication of the Basilica of the Resurrection, which was erected over the Holy Sepulchre, the Holy Cross is exalted and honored as the trophy of Christ’s Paschal victory and the sign which is to appear in the heavens, announcing to the whole world his Second Coming.

This weekend and next, we have two great chances for fun and fellowship.

Our third annual Golf Scramble, benefiting our school athletic department, is Saturday Morning, September 12 at Indian Mounds with an 8am Sh***un start. Contact Brandon if you want to enter a team or sponsor a hole!

Sunday, September 20 from 11 am to 4 pm is our Parish Fried Chicken dinner in our cafeteria. Join us for Mass at 8 am or 10:30 am and then scoot across the lot for a great meal, a few crafts for sale by our Ladies Sodality and some fellowship. Bring your neighbors and friends and be sure to tell them about our great fried chicken! Fish Fry will be back too before you know it!!
