Faith is not merely trusting God to stop the storm.
Faith is trusting God even when the worst possible outcome happens.

“Sometimes the ship sinks.”

Those were the final words of a sermon preached from a hospital bed.

Many people believe God is good because He calms the storm. But what happens when He doesn't? What happens when the diagnosis comes, the loved one is gone, or the prayer isn't answered the way we hoped?

The real test of faith isn't whether God can stop the storm. It's whether we still believe He is good no matter the outcome.

If your ship has sunk, don't miss this reminder: God's goodness is not determined by your circumstances. He is still worthy of your trust.

This Week’s Message: THROUGH THE STORM – Luke 8:22–25

In Luke 8, the disciples found themselves caught in a violent storm while Jesus slept in the boat. As fear took over, Jesus revealed something they desperately needed to learn: the greatest danger was not the storm around them, but failing to trust Him in the middle of it.

We will see that following Jesus does not guarantee a storm-free life. But it does guarantee that we are never abandoned in the storm.

If you are walking through uncertainty, grief, fear, or circumstances that feel beyond your control, this passage offers a powerful reminder:
The presence of storms does not mean the absence of God.

Even if the ship sinks,
Jesus is still worthy of trust.

Some believers spend their entire lives hiding their faith.

Silent at work.
Silent around friends.
Silent online.
Silent around family.

But Jesus never called us to be undercover disciples.

You don’t have to force conversations.
As you look for opportunities, they will naturally come.

And if the light of Christ is truly in you, it should eventually become visible through you.

Today, we remember and honor those who gave everything in service to our nation. Their selfless sacrifice is not only a powerful reminder of the value and sanctity of life, but also a reflection of the ultimate sacrifice; Jesus laying down His life for us.

"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." - John 15:13

This Week’s Message: DON’T HIDE, SHINE – Luke 8:16–21

Jesus never intended His truth to stay hidden in our lives.

Jesus teaches:
• Light is meant to be seen
• Truth eventually reveals everything
• How we respond to God’s Word matters
• Real faith becomes visible

The gospel is not merely meant to inform you.
Jesus saved you to transform you.
And when His truth truly takes root:
It begins to shine.
