HEY ARTISTS! WE NEED YOU! DECORATE for VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 19. "NO FEAR! GOD IS NEAR!" is going to be a great study of Psalm 23 and corresponding New Testament lessons. Help make it a success. .... JOIN US.

WANTED: Does anyone know a farmer who could bring a lamb for the kids to pet? If you do, talk to Laura. We could also use some haybales and just general shepherd stuff. THINK ABOUT IT and let us know who you have!

VBS VOLUNTEERS!!!! We need lots of volunteers to run Holy Trinity's VBS: "NO FEAR! GOD IS NEAR!" It's June 22-24. The sign-up sheet is near the main bulletin board. Talk to Laura Hildreth or any member of the Board of Ed with questions. Don't forget to sign up your children to attend!

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Lawrence (Larry) Anthes. We keep Larry’s family and friends in our prayers.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Longview Funeral Home & Cemetery, 12700 South Raytown Rd., Kansas City, Missouri 64149-1044 on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Visitation with family will begin at 1PM. Service to follow at 2PM and graveside with military honors at 3PM.

Vacation Bible School is coming to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church!

Join us June 22-24 from 9 a.m. to noon for “No Fear! God Is Near!” — a fun-filled VBS experience for children ages 3 years old through 5th grade (2026-27 school year).

During this three-day adventure, kids will journey through Psalm 23 and New Testament lessons, discovering that no matter what life brings, God is always near. Each day will include Bible stories, music, crafts, games, snacks, and plenty of fun!

VBS will be held at:

5901 E. 135th St., Grandview, MO
